The quick answer: Both. Consulting provides the strategic framework. Coaching ensures execution, accountability, and follow-through. Our hybrid approach combines both so you don’t just get a playbook, you get the guidance required to open, stabilize, or scale successfully.

As a boutique agency, you’ll work directly with our principal and/or senior coach and consultant. Each member of our team brings 20+ years of real-world hospitality strategy and leadership experience across bars, restaurants, and hotels. Our engagements vary by project size and involvement level. The KRG Strategic Roadmap is $2,897 USD and takes 5 days. From there, programs range from monthly coaching (Ignite, Icon) to full strategic planning (Method) and end-to-end execution (Legacy). The best way to determine fit and investment is through a 30-minute consultation.

There’s no obligation to continue. You can take your roadmap and move forward independently. If you choose to continue with KRG, your Roadmap investment is credited toward your next phase. We’ll review options during a calm, no-pressure debrief call when the roadmap is complete.

If we can’t identify a realistic path to a profitable hospitality concept during the Roadmap, we’ll refund your investment. This has only happened once in over 15 years. The real question isn’t whether it works, but whether you’re ready to do the work.

We work best with independent operators and emerging groups with 1–15 locations who are coachable, action-oriented, and committed to people, processes, and profit. Our bar, restaurant, and hotel clients typically invest $1M–$25M in start-up costs and generate (or plan to generate) $1.5M–$40M+ in annual revenue.
