GROUP COACHING
The Collective is a dynamic, group-coaching program designed to support hospitality professionals in achieving their goals while fostering a forward-thinking community.
With a focus on goal clarity, accountability, and collaborative growth, participants will also benefit from a one-on-one, 15-minute power-coaching session each month with Jennifer Radkey, certified life coach, to gain personalized guidance and sharpen their focus.
Group sessions are kept small to ensure all voices are supported and heard: five participants plus Jennifer.
As a member of The Collective you receive: One group coaching call the first Monday of every month from 7pm-8pm EST; one 15-minute power-coaching session scheduled with Jennifer to be used when needed each month; access to our private LinkedIn group; and support, inspiration, and motivation from others in your industry who share a similar growth mindset.
